Sorted eventually, family time won't get back

Eyes didn't feel right - regular customer. Informed I needed glasses, having prescription given after I complained of headaches. Suggested varifocals, which cost an extra £300. Still having issues but suggested another test and more varifocals. After 2 lots I complained and the manager sorted me out. It took me 6 month to get sorted with a positive outcome. Got money back and glasses finally sorted.
