From the earliest days when this pharmacy was based in the centre of West Vale it has provided a truly outstanding service, nothing is too much trouble for the staff, hard pressed as they are, and we as a community owe them a great deal for all the have done and continue to do for us all.

On two occasions now, I've desperately needed a prescription filling and there's been several hours left in the day, but have been told I have to go back the day after to collect it - not good when you've got a bladder infection and need antibiotics

My husband has quite a large monthly prescription, and the staff are always helpful, we have to order a few items direct from the GP and again the staff are always available to assist.

I was refused medications because I cannot wear a mask due to exemptions. I was told if I wanted my medication I had to wear a mask. This is illegal and discriminatory, I have been a loyal customer for 13 years But won’t be now.

My late father was elderly and frail with multiple co-morbidity with an associated long list of medications. These were changed regularly with clinical reviews and outpatient appointments however the pharmacy always responded, pleasantly and helpfully. Medications were always sourced quickly and put in the dosette box where appropriate and delivered if out of stock and coming in later. The whole team were friendly and polite even when challenged with last minute changes. Highly recommend.
