Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Though very busy, their communication with patients is outstanding!

multiple times on visits I've left feeling horrible. In this case I took my just turned 4 year old to have a check up on his teeth & he was scared, and didn't want to sit down, the dentist had zero patience with him, was rushing us, had me pin my child to the seat & then refused to check him because he was screaming at this point, (no wonder) he went on to have a go at me infront of my 4 year old and my 5 month old baby at the time, me blaming me for him being scared, because "I haven't brought him enough", he hasn't been the past year because of covid for one, he came to all my appointments to make him more comfortable, and the last time I did bring him I was made to feel silly for bringing him "there's not much point at this age" if I remember correctly.
I left feeling very upset as not only is it traumatizing for a child at that age to go through this, which left him scared to go to a dentist again but how can someone talk to a little boy and his mother in that kind of way?! I pay for my treatment, I turn up to appointments and that's how we get treat. We've since gone to a new dentist who was absolutely amazing with him, so patient and kind, undoing the fright that this dentist caused my little boy, he left happy and proud of himself today after going to his appointment, and we actually got a solution to our problem rather than nothing. He was happy not upset and confused. Wouldn't go here ever again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone with young children.

No issues with the dental treatment as such, and the receptionist is usually helpful and friendly....but there is a member of the reception team who I have found to be extremely rude and speaks to patients in a disrespectful way - as though they are beneath them. They also once asked us to wear a mask in an abrupt tone when we already had one on. In addition, the phone is constantly engaged or there is no answer or option to leave a message!!! Very frustrating having to travel there when you work full time, just to speak to someone!

This dentist has always done right by me, when I went a day late he still saw me, and the same when I was an hour and a half late because of an accident.

Had an appointment during lockdown and was informed I would be placed on a waiting list and be contacted for treatment. This never happened.
I then rang and booked an appointment and was left feeling rather concerned that according to the receptionist my records were incorrect. I didn't attend the appointment due to 1. Been concerned 2.unwell.
I couldn't get through on the phone they have no answer machine in place and after numerous attempts to call I gave up.
Considering you can only see a dentist on certain days this makes it difficult to attend.
I then call to apologise and ask am I still registered and am met with a receptionist who tells me if I am that bothered that I thought my details were wrong I should go find another dentist. Absolutely disgusted at the attitude of the receptionist who then tried to deny telling me to go elsewhere and due to the distress of her attitude I ended a call. Now left in pain with no dentist.

Telephoned this morning to gain advice on potential infection of wisdom tooth, within an hour had received telephone consultation with Dentist and within a further hour or so had a delivery of mediction from a very caring receptionist. Overwhelmed with the kindness, as being classed as an oldie, I am in isolation due to virus.
