What is Healthwatch? Healthwatch is your health and social care champion in Calderdale. We are here to listen to you online, by email or phone. Share your experiences of using health and social care and let us make decision-makers aware of what needs to change.
We would particularly like to hear from people with sensory, cognitive, learning or physical disabilities. And from parents of children with long-term health conditions.
We want to make sure your voice is heard and we would really like you to join the conversation and to hear your experiences. Could you please answer the following questions:
