Healthwatch Calderdale and Healthwatch Kirklees are working in partnership with Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust (CHFT) to gather feedback on hospital visiting.
Most people have visited someone in hospital or been a patient, so we’d greatly appreciate your feedback. You can also share your views if you work at CHFT. Importance of your feedback:
- Experience in hospital: Ensure that the way visiting works at CHFT meets the needs of patients, visitors, and staff.
- Understanding what makes it difficult for people to visit someone in hospital: CHFT want to make visiting easier for those who face barriers. If you share what makes visiting difficult for you, they can better understand and address these challenges.
- Improvement: Your feedback will help CHFT develop a policy that improves the visiting experience at CHFT.
