To compare GP’s you might want to take a look at the www.nhs.uk website where you can enter your postcode and it will show you all your nearest GP practices and reviews from patients. You can also check your local Healthwatch website where you can see reviews and ‘star ratings’ for all local GP practices. Each GP practice also has their own website and you might want to take a look there to check things like the practice boundary, opening times and online services.
Register for online GP access so that you can book/cancel appointments, order prescriptions and view your medical record/test results
Registering for online access at your GP practice should be straightforward. If you have any problems, please speak to a member of staff at your GP practice.
